Job Description

• Conduct surveys and tendering.

• Designing of chilled water piping & hot water piping.
• Estimation of BOQ.
• Implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System.

BE Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years experience in Refrigeration.

Job Description

• Review of tender documents including scope of works, drawings and specification and raise technical queries and clarifications.
• Identify input required from various departments and request the same.
• Preparation of the Bill of Quantities.
• Preparing budgets, quotations and final costing.
• Prepare tenders.
• Valuation of works and interim costs.
• Implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System.

BE Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years experience in estimation.

Age: 25 - 30 years.

Reports to: Commercial Manager.

• Study Scope of work.
• Plan & schedule activities.
• Submit technical specifications for client approval.
• Coordinate with Divisional Managers on work execution.
• Coordinate with Resources on material delivery.
• Material approvals and project documentation.
• Coordinate with client regarding progress of work.
• Project cost control.
• Quality control.
• Invoicing.
• Conduct Surveys of new projects.
• Responsible for implementing company policy and procedures within the project.
• Implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System.

Desired Profile
BE Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years operational experience in the Marine Industry.

Job Description 

• Understand the need of Quality control Department in the company.
• Monitor and report on quality systems effectiveness.
• Take new initiative to enhance the quality performance.
• Advising, guiding and motivating site personnel's on all QA and QC activities and related technical matters.
• Implementing, operating and maintaining of quality management system in compliance with ISO 9000.
• Conducting QA and QC training for all site personnel.
• Overseeing that all personnel understand and effectively deliver their QA QC responsibilities as per the quality plan.
• Implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System.
